SLS- Selective Laser Sintered nylon used for end use products or tooling for short run production. Can use glass reinforcement to increase strength. Epoxy coating can further strengthen SLS parts.

  • Build Size- 15x13x18” (381x330x437mm)
  • Build Layer Thickness- .003-.006” (.08-.15mm)
  • Material- Glass-filled Nylon 12

FDM- Fused Deposition Modeling. Commonly used to simulate a product in abs plastic. Used for fixturing and assembly aids. End use product where aesthetic detail is not required. Works well for custom automation parts.

  • Build Size- 16x14x16in (406x355x406mm)
  • Build Layer Thickness- .005-.013in (.127-.330mm)
  • Materials- ABS, ULTEM, Nylon 12, ASA, PPSF/PPSU, PC, PC-ABS
  • Accuracy- +/- .005” or +/- .0015” per inch (+/- .127mm or +/- .0015mm per mm), whichever is greater.

PolyJet- Jetted polymer cured with ultra violet light to simulate rigid plastics and rubbers. Intended for design validation and fitment verification requiring aesthetic surfaces. Simulate Overmolding a rigid plastic with a rubber.

  • Build Size- 13.4×13.4×7.9in (342x342x200mm)
