ADC is excited to continue to be on the cutting edge of new technologies. ADC now offers Rapid Prototyping services with an Eden Objet 3D printing system. Utilizing Polyjet™ Polymer Jetting technology along with Objet’s high speed platform, we are producing accurate, clean, smooth and highly intricate 3D parts.

PolyJet technology enables manufacturers and industrial designers to reduce product development cycles and dramatically shorten the time-to-market of new products. The Objet system is successfully used by leaders in the automotive, electronics, toy, consumer goods, and footwear industries in North America, Europe, Asia and Japan. ADC is the first service bureau to offer this technology in the state of Wisconsin.

In technical terms:
• Output: 16 micron high resolution ensures smooth surfaces and fine details
• Tray size: 13.8×13.8×7.9 inch (350×350×200 mm)
• Accuracy: 0.004–0.01 inch (0.1–0.3 mm) typical (accuracy varies
according to geometry, part orientation and size)
• Input Format: STL and SLC File
